If you submit a request via our website contact form or send us a direct email, we’ll get that information in an email. That data isn’t stored on our website. We may collect certain information when you call us for enquiries.

Third party processors
We take your privacy seriously. We’ll only use your information to provide the products, services and/or information you’ve requested to receive. Sometimes, to do that we might need to pass information on to a third party (for example your email into a newsletter sending system) and we always use safe, reliable, and law compliant services who won’t pass your personal details elsewhere.
These third parties have been carefully chosen and to the best of our knowledge, all of them meet the same standard of data protection which is legally required. We may need to share your information with them in order to process products or services. This may be within Mauritius or overseas, including the United States and Europe.

This website is hosted on a server owned by GWS Ltd. The server is kept up to date and has round the clock monitoring.
We run company emails through Microsoft as part of Office 365 for business. Thus our emails sent both to and from us are stored on Microsoft’s secure mail servers.
We will report any breaches of data held by us to the Data Protection Commissioner of Mauritius as required under the DPA 2017 (http://dataprotection.govmu.org) (http://dataprotection.govmu.org), within seventy-two (72) hours of becoming aware of such a breach, which includes accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorized disclosure of, or access to personal data transmitted, stored or otherwise processed.
